This Tai Chi class is seeming to be one of the best things I've done for MYSELF! Sarah guides us through meditative movements that free the body and mind of tension and negative energy, and leave us feeling a deep state of relaxed vibrance. I am learning to mindfully control my body to release pain and stress. This is something I want MORE of in my life!
